The information acquired from the initial meeting forms the basic structure on which the search can develop and grow throughout the process of finding your ideal home for you.

The search begins…

1. We research the marketplace thoroughly weeding out unsuitable property.
   
   
2. We find you the widest selection of the highest calibre properties available to suit, which are within your price range and search brief requirements.
   
   
3.  We pre-view and short-list the best selection of properties for your attention.
   
   
4.  We update and inform you through regular progress reports, property and location information and photographs emailed or posted out to you within 24 hours and in most cases the same day. 
   
   
5. You decide which of the short-listed properties you wish to view.
   
   
6. We arrange all viewing appointments for you; and we can book hotel reservations, and organise travel arrangements at your request. 
   
   
7. We accompany you on each property viewing that you have selected for your consideration.  If you wish to make an offer on any property we will discuss and agree offering tactics and negotiating strategies with you.
   
   
8. We put offers forward and negotiate the best price and terms to suit you.  The search process (1 – 7) continues in earnest until which time an offer is accepted and terms agreed.
